Where We Are

Our home and kennel are located in Moräng, a small area just outside Glommersträsk, in the southeastern part of the Arvidsjaur Municipality in Swedish Lapland. We're about 100 kilometers south of the Arctic Circle, right in the heart of true Lapland.

Surrounded by vast forests, hills, and many lakes, the area has a unique charm. Thanks to the low light pollution, the night sky is incredibly clear – and from late summer to end of winter, you’ll have the best chance to experience the stunning Northern Lights.

Our location is peaceful and deeply connected to nature – perfect for those seeking an authentic Lapland experience.

🚗 By car:

We’re easy to reach via well-maintained roads:

• >45 km south of Arvidsjaur
• 35 km north of Jörn
• 105 km from Skellefteå
• 155 km from Luleå

✈ By plane:

The closest airport is Arvidsjaur (AJR)

• Year-round flights from Stockholm/Arlanda with PopulAir
• In winter, direct charter flights from Germany (e.g. München, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hannover) with ProSky, LEAV or PAS Flights

Other airport options:

• Skellefteå (SFT) – 115 km
• Luleå (LLA) – 155 km - from winter 25/26 Edelweiss will offer direct flights from Zürich to Luleå

Both have multiple daily connections to Stockholm and selected international flights.

🚆 By train:

Take the comfortable night train (Nattåg) from Stockholm to Jörn. From there (35 km from us), you can:

• take a regional bus to Glommersträsk, or
• arrange a pick-up with us upon request
