Wilderness nights on the trail

During our multi-day husky tours, overnight stays are part of the adventure. Depending on the route, season, and weather, we spend the night either in traditional wilderness huts or in tents – always close to nature and far from everyday life.
Our overnight stays are not individually bookable – they are part of our husky tours. But we want to give you a glimpse into the kind of atmosphere you can expect on the trail: simple, close to nature, and truly Lapland.

Wilderness Huts

Our tours often lead us to rustic wilderness huts nestled deep in the forest. These cabins offer a warm shelter for the night, equipped with a wood-burning stove and simple bunks or sleeping platforms. There is no electricity or running water – but there is an outhouse, and everything you need for a cozy and authentic night in the wild.

Tents in the Wilderness

When we stay in tents, we use either our spacious, heated group tent or sturdy two-person expedition tents. The choice depends on conditions – and is part of the overall tour concept. Both options offer a special kind of closeness to nature: falling asleep to the sound of the forest or under the northern sky is an unforgettable experience.
