Would you like to experience the authentic taste of Swedish Lapland? Then Taste of Lapland is for you – whether you want to gather ingredients yourself or simply enjoy a delicious outdoor meal in the heart of nature.

Option 1: Forage & Cook

Join us on a foraging trip where nature is both pantry and path. Depending on the season, we’ll look for cloudberries, blueberries, lingonberries, or mushrooms – always in beautiful surroundings. It’s not about how much you collect, but about slowing down, learning, and appreciating the forest.

Afterwards, we’ll prepare a rustic outdoor meal together – perhaps salmon grilled over open fire or fresh waffles with your foraged berries. A culinary experience full of connection and flavor.

Option 2: Just Enjoy

No need to forage? Then let us cook for you! Enjoy a relaxed outdoor meal at our kennel – over an open fire, surrounded by forest and huskies. Depending on the season, we serve dishes like locally sourced salmon, reindeer stew, fire-baked waffles with berries, or Lapland snacks by the fire.

  • ⏳ Duration: ~3–4 hours (Forage & Cook) / ~2 hours (Meal only)
  • 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Participants: 2–8 people
  • 💰 Price:
    • Forage & Cook: 1.250 SEK per person
    • Meal only: from 350 SEK per person (depending on menu)
  • 🎒 What to bring:
    • For foraging: bucket (berries), cotton bag (mushrooms), small knife
    • Clothes suitable for the weather, hiking shoes, and mosquito protection in summer
